Shipping days affected by COVID-19 returned to normal
Shipping time has returned to normal in most countries. Estimated shipping days can be found on the second step of checkout. Detail at Postal service update.

Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe:
We provide various tracked shipping methods. Usually, your order will be delivered around 7-14 days (Standard shipping) after it leaves our warehouse. For the average shipping days, please check here. Orders will usually leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of being placed.

For all countries not listed in the list of 60+ shipping countries, please contact us , and we will provide a more accurate quote based on the items you plan to order.

We don't ship your item separately; we ship items in a single parcel, so you can save shipping fees. You don't need to pay a high shipping fee on a small number of items like you buy in free shipping shops until you reach their high minimum order amount.

You can simply add the items to the cart and get a quote on the second step of the checkout. Our shipping rates start from 3 USD depending on the total weight of the items.

Any tracked item not received within 60 days after your purchase (except surface sea shipping with estimated shipping days of more than 60 days) qualifies for your full refund or re-ship guarantee🙂.

Full Tracked Shipping:
Once your items are shipped, you can keep track of them through a link to our online tracking system, which we send you by email or text on the Trace My Order page. You can also subscribe to tracking update notifications by email, or by Mobile app Shop: delivery & order tracker (United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia only).

Partial Tracking:
For your flexibility, a more cost-effective shipping method with partial tracking shipment is available for lightly weighted orders. You can track your parcel, but it provides a slower update. The option can be seen on checkout if it is available to your shipping destination.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days of being placed. Please note that the processing time may also be affected by the stock status or national holidays etc. If you are in a rush for a particular item, we can expedite the process and offer faster shipping services, please contact us for more information.

We won't do free shipping for our customers' benefits considerations:

1. Quality assurance. Most "free shipping" online shops do not ship the items themselves to lower their stocking costs and risks. The items they sell are shipped directly from the suppliers, and they don't even see the products they are selling, so their product quality is not assured. You don't need to take this risk from them!
2. Timely. Because your "free shipping" items are shipped by their supplier, not directly by them, and for cost consideration, it will take more delivery days (30-60 days). Also, these shops have no control over when the items are shipped because they do not own any item you bought.
3. Arrive separately. Most of their "free shipping" products are shipped from many different suppliers, if you buy from more than a single supplier, your items will arrive at a different time, you don't want a pen without a notebook arrived.
4. Costly. "Free shipping" cost is included in the item price, you end up paying more if you buy more because your cart cannot benefits from paying less shipping fee on buying multiple items!

And we provide shipping flexibilities that shipping cost is as low as 3 USD!

We are a global online retailer. Our products are sourced from suppliers all over the world and ship directly from our warehouse.

Also worth noting: If you purchase multiple items through our site where the total weight of 2 or more items is over the maximum allowed shipping weight per parcel (normally 2kg), they will be shipped separately simultaneously.

USA:
No duties or taxes will be applied if the total parcel value is below the threshold of 800 USD.

Europe:
The implementation of new EU customs regulations will result in a tax being levied on goods from 1 July 2021. The tax will be calculated at the second step of checkout.

Australia:
No duties or taxes will be applied if the total parcel value is below the threshold of 1000 AUD.

Other countries:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Any potential charges (customs, taxes, etc.) caused by the act of refusal of the package will be deducted from the refund amount.
